Please submit a ticket at milady.com/support. and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure to include your account information (full name and email address) and how you'd like your information to appear.
Requesting Learner Records
We kindly request that you submit a ticket to milady.com/support to request access to your records. Use case problem type, "Product/Systems Support." When creating your case, please ensure that you use the same email address that you've completed your Milady Training courses with, as this will aid in the verification process. Once we receive your case, our dedicated team will promptly assist you in accessing your records.
Refund Policy for Online-only Courses
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you purchased a course within the past two weeks and have not yet completed at least 50% of it, you can request a refund.
To initiate your request, please submit a ticket at milady.com/support, using case problem type, "Refund/Return."

Non-Refundable Fees: All fees associated with the Milady Eyelash Extensions Certification are non-refundable. Your kit and textbook (if purchased) are distributed at your in-person session.
