Refund and Rescheduling Policy for Milady Eyelash Extensions Certification

1. Non-Refundable Fees: All fees associated with the Milady Eyelash Extensions Certification are non-refundable. Your kit and textbook (if purchased) are distributed at your in-person session. 

2. Certification Requirements:To receive Certification, learners must complete all requirements as outlined in Milady's Eyelash Extensions Certification Process. These requirements include:
   • Successfully completing all online coursework.
   • Attending and fully participating in the in-person training session.
   • Submitting required post-training photos as specified.

3. In-Person Training:
   • Learners are responsible for scheduling their in-person training date immediately after purchase to ensure availability.
   • In the event of extenuating circumstances (such as illness, injury, or acts of nature), learners must notify Milady promptly.
   • A rescheduled training date must be chosen within 90 days of the original scheduled date.
   • For assistance with rescheduling your in-person training date, please contact [email protected].
   • Failure to reschedule within 90 days or next available training will necessitate repurchasing the certification to complete the program.
